It’s outright pathetic when you look at the teams he was surrounded by compared to MJ, Magic, Bird, Zeke, Clyde, Hakeem, Shaq, Reggie, Pat, Karl, D-Rob, Chuck, Kobe, Bron, etc.

I literally can’t think of anybody he played with besides tiny Spud Webb and Kevin Willis.

I remember that year they had one of the best records in the league and even ran the Bulls off the court a couple times, but when the playoffs came, the holes in their team started to show.

That team was strikingly similar to the Cavs squad that won 60+ games in 2009.

Edit: the 93-94 hawks won 57 games

How much help did Dirk have over the years? It’s still more than Nique but I’m just asking. Dirk had a young Nash and an old Jason Kidd. Who else? Michael Finley?

    Doc
Eddie Johnson, one of greatest scorers everybody forgot was great
young Antoine “OG Big Dog” Carr
    prime Tree Rollins
they had Lorenzo Charles right after The Miracle Game, but he played Nique’s position
    Plastic Man
Mookie Blaylock, perhaps the best defensive guard after GP and Mike

That 01 Sixers team (Snow, McKee, Ratliff, Mutumbo) had to be to the WOAT offensive team to make the Finals. It’s a miracle they were able to score anything outside of A.I’s points.

The team you had was the team you had.
