Real question. I know the answer is mostly no, but I want to know who actually fell for their "marketing campaign"

Anybody following hip hop at that time knew Benzino had pull at The Source and had them promoting Made Men like crazy in the late 90's early 00s..Never before had i seen some unknown artists come out with 2+ page spreads and collabs that only the rich nikkas could afford...the whole mystique of the group(before knowing the truth) was kind of interesting..

they almost made me cop this based off the features and the sheer amount of promo it got in the magazine

I dont know shyt about them other than some trash songs, stabbing Paul Pierce and a few other less than memorable moments like neck bone connected to my knee bone..

but one classic to come out of that camp:

we all know why its a classic tho :yeshrug:

If they had some hot joints tho post them. I am not close minded :manny:

Almighty RSO were dope, was big fans of what they did there, fukk with all their projects and copped them. Made Men didn't really cop but were cool, but stylistically I liked Almighty RSO sound more. If you YouTube them you'll have a lot of dope shyt there, never heard of anybody that didn't like Hellbound for instance...,

Never fukked with them. But obviously they had the connects and got some really heavy production.

I mean cmon, that Lox joint is such a gem. Am i the only one who turn it off or press replay after The Lox verses? Lol.

Such a ironic record too knowing what eventually happened about 2 years later between Ruff Ryders & Made Men.

I remember my homie bought one of their albums after The Source gave them nikkas 4 1/2 mics. :russ: Needless to say, the album was below average.

Homie was hot, so was many other hip hop fans around the country. That's why when MadeMen did their next album, The Source gave them a review, but didn’t give it a mic count due to "conflict of interest".

I liked almighty rso and the untouchables but never peeped a made men project. Matter of fact I've looked for the hangmen 3 no skits album multiple times and its seriously the only release I've never been able to find on the internet.
