How were you leading the teams?no but I "dropped out" of college entry exams (UK style) and going to uni the first time around.
I still had enough qualifications to start working for a commerical high street bank but after two years and a racist manager blocking me i left and eventually went to college. after 6 months at said bank I was doing grade 3 (out of 5 total) stuff and leading teams. then el gringo came in "and ruined it" (se7en).
it took a few years longer overall but was worth it in the end.
if you are thinking of returning to education then you should. especially if you are still young.
How were you leading the teams?
Man fukk you and fukk your "President" TrumpThis fakkit, and the cac who dapped him (@The Gentleman), are furious cause I stay calling their bullshyt out. Relax MAGA fakkit, it ain't that serious.
deputizing head cashier. check money in and out of safe. book out to them. watch dem. book back in. final calc and recon for overnight. book back into safe. help with issues.
i was also working on lending (credit) which was also grade 3.
it was not hard work.
i went back to uni and got an BS and MS in the end and even prior to that the branch manager could see i was capable.
what that episode showed my young self is that sponsors matter but qualifications matter more. especially for brehs.
my first manager loved me and clearly wanted to challenge me. the replacement was the opposite. he wanted to end my fast-track career there.
it was a big main branch of one of the 4 big banks right in the middle of london's business-legal district.
