Did anyone else not know who Charlie Kirk was until he got shot?

I’d heard his name plenty of times. Never consumed any of his content. Same thing for Candace or Matt Walsh or Fuentes.

Unfortunately I work with some right wingers and it’s nothing to get in their truck and have them blast some goofy radio program. One of my work buddies forced me to listen to Dan Bongino on the way to a jobsite and I just thought it was funny in a retarded way.

The vast majority of black people had no idea who he was and I find that concerning since WE were always the topic of his discussions, and He was literally building coalitions with young and old conservatives with the sole purpose of suppressing our livelihoods. That's not good.

As for me, I heard of him like a year ago. Or two.

I even posted him on a thread about punchable faces not too long ago

Yes, but I've never been recc'd a video of his or Fuentes or any of that Fox News/Turning Point/Truth Social type stuff.

My guess is that You have to hit certain links, get to certain watch times, hit the like button, and make comments to get more of some types of content.

I have never heard a Taylor Swift, Billie Eillish, Roan Chappell, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, or Sabrina Carpenter song in my life.

Every Roc Marciano or Larry June adjacent artist pops up in my recommendations though.

I only knew him from memes about his ugly ass smile and big head. Majority of black people I know personally didn't know about him either
