i always liked that joint.
didn't the excuse they had for it flopping was that the song came out around the time Chris Brown put hands on Rihanna ?

I didn't know it flopped. It was all over the radio here in NYC. Maybe in other regions, but here it was in heavy rotation. I remember alot of people loving the song.

my point is that if what Juelz did was off it was because of his rolemodels from the past. If pac can do it then so can i (talk wreckless that is)
puffy, biggie, mobb deep, etc all talked about killing, robbing, drug dealing, and so on. So Pac saying that to them is fine.

are u really that slow that u would actually argue that threatening to kill someones kids is a justification for someone rapping about being a drug dealer?

"you're rapping about being a drug dealer so im gonna kill your kids!"

u cant be that slow

the only justification for threatening to kill someones kid is if its real war and your kid has already been killed by who u are threatening.

u should have just added the names of other rappers instead of trying to justify something Pac did that was clearly wrong.

one of the biggest disappointments in rap...dude had the streets on lock, mainstream hits, fire ass production team, buzzing mixtapes, great connections...he literally had it all...he shoulda moved down to Miami and connected with Wayne...coulda been gettin Drake connects years ago to keep his career afloat...

"compare yourself to mohammed atta"

"call your crew the Taliban"

"constantly talk shyt and diss the owner of your label"

It's shocking he ever went platinum with the career advice Cam and Jim were giving him. Being a NY rapper and calling yourself mohammed atta in 2002 :dead:
you forgot
-get addicted to lean
-delay multiple albums
-have multiple failed comeback attempts
-side with the guy your mentor is beefing with
-have said mentor sell your contract like a dirty mattress (word to courtdog)
-still dress in throwback graphic prints in your 30s
-be a spokesman for a blatant pyramid scheme that folds shortly after

Jules was a victim of circumstance. When the beef with Jay and the dips jumped off. What could dude say when he was signed to Def Jam? Then once try life snuffed cam the movement was really over. Then Juelz and Jim on stage with 50 not a good look.
