Did anyone have a swinging kitchen door like in the sitcoms?

We’ve been watching all kinds of stuff being snowed in for 3 days, and I’m noticing all these 90s shows have a swinging kitchen door, with the characters bursting in and out the kitchen. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a home with a door like that. Did anyone grow up with a swinging kitchen door?
