Did anyone play that Shenmue game way back in the day on the GameCast?

the 2nd game comes with a DVD that basically gives u the whole story of the first game bro
I realize that but it ain't the same breh, playing through the actual game immerses you in a completely different way than that movie. You didn't have to wake up and go to work down in the shipyard everyday to make ends meat. You didn't get the chance to get ur ass kicked in that last battle fifty leven times before finally laying the beats to all them nikkas.
Because its one the best parts of the fukking game breh. Why would you consider playing the game at all if you wouldnt wanna go through the complete story as it was intended?
One of the best games I have ever played. I remember when my fam would watch me play the game and the 100 man battle was epic.

Game was definitely on point.
I dedicated 2 years of my life to this game and the sequel. Like others have said this game was waaaay ahead of it's time. That's why it took me so long to beat it.
I actually enjoyed exploring. Working at the docks made me feel like a real man, lol. This game also partially inspired me to visit Japan. There are area that look exactly like the game. That just made it so much better.
If the Kickstarter campaign for the 3rd game doesn't work out I would pay money upfront for a well made documentary about the process of creating the most expensive game ever. 6 years of development? That's like iPhone/iPad status.

Damn, I wanna play this shyt again. I first played it when I was really young and didn't understand how to get any further in the story so every day I would just pick up the money and go buy the little SEGA figures.
