I had to bump the tread cuz i watched this shyt last night and it left me like

Outside of the Asian Cult this film was trash. The buildup for the sequences in between the shorts was anti climatic. This guy shoots his jaw off and then hides in a closet. His partner turns into possessed chick that walks on her hands and feet with her neck broken. Made no sense. The zombie short was embarrassing and cheesy. The asian cult story though. Very disturbing. It was sad to see so many people that didnt know Brazillian JIujitsu in one place. I wonder what happened to that guy after he came to grips with the fact he fathered a demon. The alien story was a bit corny as well but was in 2nd place to the cult story. Id say the cult story made this film seem better than it was.

The eye one was good until the end. He sees the girl not moving anymore in the hot tub so he just gets out. Why not try CPR, friend. No instead he just goes to the bathroom to cut his eye out and then get beat up by some ghosts he can no longer see.

Yeah the end of that one was dumb, I liked the concept though, that's what I loved about the movie, was the different view points they had. The, eye, the helmet cam, the numerous cams in the cult one and the camera on the dog in the alien one

The cult joint was the only really good one imho. The zombie one was creative but a victim of A) too many zombie films already and B) horrible ending on some Warm Bodies ish. The aliens was completely wack. The eye operation was weak to me. The piece that brought them all together was weak too.
VHS didn't have one joint that matched the cult to me, but the chick in the hotel room (first one where she's eatin' dudes) and the interrupting the exorcism one were better than the rest of VHS2. The story that brought it all together was better imo, better build-up to a payoff (nothing special but better than 2). The weird joint with the chick bringing her friends to the woods to get her revenge on a killer was also okay.
I was disappointed in part 2. The Cult joint was GREAT though.
