Specifically the Vietnamese? In Cali 95% are owed by Vietnamese. I know they have a big presence down south. I’m assuming they were the ones to bring in those sauces
I always get the sauce that mixes everything together with medium spice with Shrimp, clams, crawfish, sausage, corn and potatoes
. I can handle spice like a muthafuka but Medium is the max I’ll go so I don’t ruin the seafood flavor. Be warned if y’all ever go Hot with sauces. Burn a hole through ya a$$hole fa sho
