That's debatable, but obese definitely means unhealthy, no room for debate.skinny doesn't equal healthy.
As someone who went from 160 to 268 to 195, being fat fukkin sucks. You literally feel trapped in your own body. Your joints hurt, youāre outta breath doing simple shyt and bending over feels like a life decision.
Body positivity was an excuse for people to be sloppy. Nothing good came from itOne lingering plus that the body positivity movement left us is was the knowledge that different heights can't look the same at the same weight. At least people now know that just because someone is 150lbs it doesn't mean they're in shape. You need a lot more information- height, muscle build, where the weight is distributed. Before the body positivity movement, people would have thought someone with Serena Williams' weight alone automatically meant obese.
