Look I'm all about abstract thinking and certain metaphors and connotations that lines in Franks music carry but the majority of people who listen will take his music at face value. It's just a very dumb thing for him to do, especially taking time out to say, 'Allah U akbar' as oppose to, 'God is great.'

A lot of muslim men and immigrants drive taxis, so I don't think it is that weird for him to create the story and imagery for this song and have a muslim man as a device to facilitate the story. I think the reason he doesn't say God is great is simply because it sounds sound as good when you sing it. Don't think there was anything else to it other than that.
