Did Frank Oceans album come and go

the album is ahead of its time, sounds nothing like Channel Orange so i can see why some people think its not better, even tho i think Blonde is miles ahead. I think its gonna be one of those albums that people will appreciate more in the future.

But it's funny that people will anticipate and want an album to come out for like a year, but then it drops and gets forgotten in a month. But thats the microwave music generation we live in...

I only fukk with like 2 songs off of that album. The majority of the tracks lack a bassline or something. Most of the tracks just sound like he singing with just a single instrument in the background, kinda like listening to those nikkas singing outside asking for change. And I'm a Frank ocean fan.

Haven't heard or heard about a single track from it before or after it came out. Usually, I'll catch someone on IG, FB, or Twitter mentioning a stand-out track but I must have missed it with this one.

thats what made me at first...barely any drums throughout the record. Felt like there were no jams. But then the songs got stuck in my head when i stopped listening to it...made me go back...then it was like

I think if he kept the same lane it be another Kiss Land situation

when channel orange dropped it had a huge buzz for awhile , I don't even really like frank that much but it's obv he was always being talked about


Now with this album I never hear anyone mention it , not even one song
Maybe I hit or something but it doesn't even feel like he dropped a project
