Yeah shyt is suppose to be like some cloud integrated with Android releases ...I don't like it, it takes over your taskbar. I might be throwing Chrome in the bushes.

They put Google Now in a notification panel and allow you to launch apps from the Taskbar but I haven't heard anything about a toolbar.

Oh are you launching Chrome from the Windows 8 start menu? I think it integrates to where it takes over your whole screen just like IE.

Try launching from the desktop. If that don't work you might have to reinstall.
