Coli love. . You know my nature is to take that L. . But I was never a thief or nothing like that. . Normally I don't even open letters from nfcu cause it is usually just bank statements. . I normally check that online anyway. . Just so happens I opened that letter up thank gawd. . I would be writing a super L story if my car got repo'd over some bullshyt. :to:
Let it get repo'd and bless the coli with that story :wow:

I know those NFCU car loans take a while to come through. I got a car in late Jan and my first payment wasn't due until March 11th. Paperwork might just be hung up.

i have a question about auctions

are the cars insured for a year or two?

is it cash only?

Cash only. Though if you are approved (your business) you can get a loan from the auction but you must pay it off in one month. So if you say buy 3 cars from the auction for a total of 50k you must pay that loan off in one month.

The cars are not insured and you must put insurance on them if you intend to drive them around.

Though if the cars are still under warranty such as powertrain the warranty is still good until it runs out.

I forget the promo they run (what it's called) but basically you sat down with a Financial consultant regarding a vehicle... You got approved for a certain amount and went to the lot and began looking based on what you were approved for...

There was a check number etc on the amount you were approved for... (they cut you the check and handed it to you)

The moment you bought the whip from CarMax with that NFCU check it should've began showing as loan associated with your member ID etc (shyt you see when you login online)

That process is dangerous... Peep game breh, let's say for whatever reason you walked out of NFCU and lost that check and some shiesty brother picked it up and cashed it.....

Loan would've become active ( you would be held liable ) and whoever found it and decided to cash/spend the bread would've hit a quick Lic

You're doing the right thing. You've got protect yourself. Hit them first thing tomorrow morning and handle it.
Stop with the BS breh thats impossible for a car loan check I worked in the banking industry for years a regular check yes but a check for a car it cant be cashed smh it possibly could be deposited in a ATM but it wouldn't clear for at the earliest 7 business days by that time the account would be flagged and closed for fraud. @General Mills the bank WILL find out and you are liable for the car and the loan I"m sure you have insurance it will be voided on the car without the loan since NFCU holds the lien so like most said handle that like yesterday bro god forbid you wreck that car and the paperwork not right
