as others have said...keep it professional by commenting strictly on what it is they’re not doing as far as the job goes...no need to comment on their BFs and make snide “suggestions”...the hickey thing is iffy...but coming to work late or not showing up @ all over a flat tire is something that should be reprimanded if her not showing up to work is a regular occurrence

My regional director is aware of everything said and that happened. Both employees were given write ups. He even said something to the one about the hickeys.Even went a step ahead and talked to the corporate hr, she said that i said nothing wrong,referring to the hickeys

What i'm saying is that i know things happen, but they knew what the job was before they accepted the position. The "oh i can't come in" or " i need to leave early" because of daycare is not right to everyone else. Especially if you come back and your reasoning is that your man is at home and just don't want watch your kids.

Yeah, that's unacceptable regardless of job/position. You can't mess up work schedules and coverage on a consistent basis because of stuff like that. I know it's tough for people, but if you don't have consistent child care, you gotta find a job that can schedule around your kids.

I have 3 female employees and its constantly something with them. I understand daycare,I pay for mines to go, but gotdamn the shyt they complain about is too much. For instance, one female came to work with hickeys all over her neck , i told her ma'am thats unprofessional put make up on or wear something over your neck. She calls in 2 days in a row because of car trouble. Come to find out she had a flat tire and couldnt change it. So i finally said"SOOOOOOOOOOO the dude putting hickeys on your neck don't know how to change a tire?" Her response" Well he works so he told me he didn't have time for it" the other 2 complained about day care because they man didn't want watch their kids on his days off. i'm like where y'all find these lame ass dudes at
