okay, I'm not completely sure how the industry works. But I'm assuming The Weeknd was paid to do a service (help him write his album) and the Weeknd agreed.. Or is he saying Drake straight up stole multiple songs from the Weeknd and put it on Take Care? If so i'd be curious to know which songs was going to be weeknd songs

I think this verse was probably recorded before Kendrick’s verse on Like That and before Cole’s rebuttal. But it makes me wonder why he would release 7 min Drill at all, he HAD to know that this album was coming out with his verse on it and surely someone told him about Kendrick verse on Like That no matter when he recorded it. Either that, or Kendrick told him about t and he made this fake response bullshyt to boost interest for the album.

No a lot of it was straight up stolen. This is very well known and they were sending subs before Bella Hadid.

Ok. But if that's the case, how the hell does he not reach out and have his verse removed based on what has happened over the last few weeks? I dunno what's going on with this dude's camp but this is like the third thing that has him looking absolutely crazy out here.
