It was more like an exchange than a swaggerjack because Alfonzo had borrowed some elements from Michael too. But Mike like most of his projects had his albums already had sophisticated conceptualization in place already.

That is the shyt that bothers me the most.
Anytime I hear something that is "New Found Knowledge", I go and research whether or not the shyt is true or not, if there is any actual evidence for it.
A lot of people hear some new shyt, and go...
Then don't even bother to find out if the shyt is real or not, SMH!

These are the performers Michael both personally and publicly acknowledged as huge inspirations to his style. Motown and Barry Gordy also made the early Jackson 5 sound an updated riff of Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers style and sound. Michael also learner alot from Stevie Wonder and various other Motown performers that he was around during his time. Michael was a child prodigy and really all of his brothers were prodigies in their own way, but he did utilize the five I mentioned (mostly James and Jackie) as the sounding board for his start.
