You had to be in the 45+ clubs because TP were being played in all the Strip Clubs which have similar playlists to "clubs" being that Strip Clubs began to replace regular clubs regarding popularity.
No, I wasn't and I'm not gonna keep repeating myself - them nikkas had 3 songs that broke through. I don't know what bumfukk strip clubs you were at, but I was at the flyest spots in DC during that time - TP wasn't defining the time. They were no where near what migos is

what? TP ain't current, I was still partying hard during their "run". And that just makes the point of them not being comparable to migos - migos gets play at all the functions I'm at all the way down to the kids. Lol @ TP being hot for 2 years with one set of college kids then asking if migos ended TP's career - nah, they were never on like that.
Idk why it seems like you lived under a rock or something but I hard tp everywhere. They were in heavy rotation on the radio, cars passing by, it they had official strip/ dance club Anthems and I would hear them at NBA games. Their run was long, but they were popping for sure from 2010-2012. I studying all week for finals. Then finishing up, putting ay ladies on ans getting wasted...

By the way, Migos definitely didn't end Travis Porter's career. The name confusion and all that may have been somewhat of a factor, but they had hits.

HOWEVER (and this is just me throwing shyt at the wall), I'd want to say that if there was any single artist or act to blame for pushing them out, it'd be Roscoe Dash.

When Travis Porter got popular, the signature song was "All The Way Turnt Up", which turned out to actually be Roscoe Dash's song. I remember there being a bit of controversy with Travis Porter putting the song out featuring Roscoe and Roscoe going back to re-do it and re-release it with Soulja Boy....and THAT made it a bigger hit.

I remember being confused as to whether Roscoe Dash was a part of Travis Porter or what, but people didn't really care after a while b/c Roscoe started standing out more with that "No Hands" hook, "Show Out", and that spot on "Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay"...

Travis Porter still had a nice little run. I still like "Bring It Back"...

Random: Underrated "Bring It Back" freestyle... :ehh:

I think Roscoe was also using a different name when the TP tape dropped with it.

ATL isn't the "South" ATL is a global city that sets the trends for music.

So unless you are an immigrant that came after college, chances are ATL dictated the sound you hear at the alleged parties you claim to have been at.

Breh, I gave you the 3 songs from them that popped off and that got play, you can keep trying to push your narrative but it's not my reality. Again, I'm heavy into music...moreseo back then, and was at everything from lightweight hood shyt to the bourgie spots...

Roscoe Dash ended them nikkas career.

I remember Rich Kidz. Then TP took they swag. Then Roscoe Dash. I dnt think artists like those will blow up again outta ATL.
