Theres a reason why it was a kids show. The dialogue is terrible and the show makes no sense. These dudes are fighting and having conversations at the same damn time during the fade. It had too many fillers also . And then when Goku readies for the spirit bomb the stupid ass villain is just watching him. And Goku killed like 7 villains with the spirit bomb.

He used it three times, and it only killed one villian.

After the freeza saga it feel off but the sayain saga and freeza saga are legendary cartoons. I still don't think ive seen a cartoon top those two seasons.

Yeah the frieza to this day still tops any storyline arc for me, anime or otherwise. The uncut version gets very dark, to the point where I really wouldn't consider it a kids show. Goku snapped when Frieza killed his friends. I don't think he ever got that angry again in the series.
