KRS was a HUGE influence on Pac. Big influence, a lot of evidence for this.

Krs and the others may have influenced pac in the beginning, but death around the corner death related pac came soon as Face dropped
and it got into pac's head because you could hear not only face samples, face in pac, wasnt nomore black power pac. Face is pac's biggest influence Hail Mary would be 90times as better if it was face it would be way more believable knowing that face is really unstable mentally.
KRS the progressive poet, epitome of everything beautiful about Hip Hop was everything Pac wanted to be. In fact he was slowly changing and turning his fan base with him, I'm adamant that he was killed because he turned a generation of gangsters into thinkers for the time he was alive.

You listen to Wordz Of Wisdom and Let Knowledge Drop and shyt like that and you can clearly hear the KRS influence. Plus he mentioned KRS frequently, he studied KRS.
