Please. Destiny Child became Beyonce B-sides after she blew up solo wise. She would just basically give Destiny Child her songwriters hand me downs. Nobody was playing that take my breath or solider record compared to beyonce music at that time.

No Scrubs/No Pigeons was 1999. Or if you want to go back to a more popular infection...Girls Just Wanna Have Fun was in 1983. Or any number of others.

The ability to look up lyrics now is a bigger gift than most of us realize.

Johnny Storyteller has been busy, and we have not been paying attention.

White women always make songs about bad boys so it’s not that serious to make it a black thing at all lol.

Y'all keep saying this but if you've actually been around young attractive WW and BW you know that BW take it further than WW. By and large WW aren't interested in the bad boy archetype after age 22 and many aren't interested at all.

WW's idea of a bad boy is "The Summer I Turned Pretty" :dead: or Travis Kelce.

Black women have to do better. Should I ever have a daughter, and she brings a NBA Youngboy clone around, she's going to boarding school.
