It wasn't rape, but it was one of those scenes where Spike Lee's character looks terrible. She felt pressured by Big Brother Almighty and despite making the move, she wasn't with it. It's why Dap almost strangled him in the dorm hallway. He knew of her loyalty to GPhiG.

Hands down one of Spike's best movies it's also kinda underrated when it comes to his films, but as others said I wouldn't call it rape because she consented to it but however she forced half-pint into sex even when he tried to tell her they didn't have too.
