No true undeniable classic. No difinitive style."Trouble Man" was cool for bout 2 weeks and I haven't put it back in. His recent features have been:flabbynsick:. His music is just boring IMO. I don't see him getting another big deal this time around. So did he really live up to his King of the South title? He'll I can name several South artists with a bigger impact in the game than T.I.

WTF are you talking about ... Right now he is meh yeah sure but every rapper declines in someway.... The dude help make Trap music relevant and was selling records like crazy from like 03-09 ... Only people u can argue better than him in the 00's ( southern rappers ) are Weezy and Luda

Yeah his run up until his gun charge was King Of The South worthy. He was everywhere. ATL was huge and is still a 2000s hood classic. You can't find a black person who can't quote something from that movie. Introduced us to Lauren London the gawdess. Music wise the OST to ATL (King) was probably his only classic, to me at least. I remember when he first was coming up me and my sister would always sing aloud to rubberband man & you don't know me. He even gave us the 07 smash Young Dro - Shoulder Lean. I'm not even a big tip fan but I can't deny his run.

nikka had a GREAT run. Urban Legend still a personal favorite, so is King. He just got done up at the wrong time.

Where's that decline you're speaking of, Trouble Man was his best album since King and went gold pretty easily, and he just had a nice feature on the biggest single of the last couple months. He's still a good rapper, and he's still succesful.

Wow. T.I. Stan's, didn't know they existed. He's always just been a mediocre overhyped rapper IMO. Did Trouble Man really go Gold? Nobody bumps it or talks about it, not even on the Colo.

Five consecutive platinum albums (Trap Muzik, Urban Legend, KING, T.I. vs. T.I.P., Paper Trail)

One gold album (No Mercy)

One album on its way to being Gold (Trouble Man)

Numerous hit songs

Currently featured on the biggest song of 2013 and is on its way to having the longest run @ #1 in years

^^^ Those are undeniable facts. I don't necessarily consider anyone being "king" of anything to be based on quality. That's not even what the title implies especially since quality is subjective. The fact is there's maybe two other Southern solo artists who have dominated like T.I. Lil' Wayne and Ludacris are the only other contenders in that sense and may even surpass T.I. in that sense.

Yes... he's consistently put out dope shyt. Yeah he had a couple of duds, but what rapper with a decade plus career doesn't?

In the grand scheme of things, T.I. is underrated to me.
