They still haven't even brought the case to court yet. The District Attorney's office said that it was going to take a long to time to get the case ready for trial because of the number of victims.
They have all the arrest warrants served. He'll be in jail. The DA's office just wants their case to be air-tight so he does slip through on some technical mistake or allow anything to be construed in a different light such as to result in a mistrial/hung jury..
