The fukkery started when they replaced their OC and DC with fukking Schottenheimerr and Ken Norton Jr. I couldn't believe they chose those guys :mjlol: and then they get rid of most of their core, bizarre indeed but fukk the Seahawks :pacspit:

Unclear. Since the newest CBA, every SB winner has either had:

- a young QB not on a big contract surrounded by a good team
- Peyton Manning
- Tom Brady
welp...there you have it

Houston
Philadelphia
Jacksonville
Kansas City
Dallas
LAR

best equipped by the looks of it

Sea hawks are going Nowhere to be honest with you. They will be stuck in mediocrity. Look at their draft after 2012....They have not hit on a single player..

2010.Okung/Chancellor/Earl Thomas
2011..K/J Wright Richard Sherman
2012: Bobby Wagner/Bruce Irving/Russell Wilson

Both Michael Benttt/Cliff Avril came on in 2013.....They haven't hit on shyt since then..That's why they fell off..
Frank Clark was a win though, not much beyond him lately

They weren’t winning a Super Bowl anymore with that core. Honestly they probably should’ve blown that defense up after 2016

Hell
i wonder. i know its prolly a dumb question
is it a better idea to pay a QB 25+ million or draft a young good QB so and stack the offense elsewhere

QB is the face of the team in cac america, also the money Russel generates is too great to give that up and let him walk for a new unproven qb.

The offense needs work though, defense isn't feared like that especially with other squads stepping up (broncos, rams)

Not the broncos last year due to the fall off but the seahawks and ravens of old are pretty hard to reproduce.

Also let's keep it real the seahawks are pretty outspoken...sherman, bennett and others getting blunt about political and racial issues...

We know the nfl don't want that type of outspoken attitudes from football payers...

Sports fans think these windows to win last forever.

Yep. I am a Saints fans, and there is a significant portion of our fanbase that feels Brees has 4-5 elite years left in him. :francis:

 Father Time does not work that way, and 2018 could finally be the end for him. :mjcry:

the team was never the same after the 1 yard incident:francis:

Correct.

Drafting has been ass for a while. They had some good drafting some years ago and then they fell off. Reminds me of the 9ers with Harbaugh...Drafted pure studs like Vernon Davis, Willis, Navarro, etc then fell the fukk off and started drafting dudes with torn ACL's.

That's what makes the Pats 2 decade long run so crazy. They've always been able to replenish.

fukk the seahawks but Bevel had to go. The offense was pathetically bad.

Richards was OK but Dan Quinn was irreplaceable IMO.
Yea but you replaced him with shotenheimer who was fishers offensive coordinator in la

Give me brevel any day

When you have one of if not the best qb ever it helps and is a big reason why . Look at the Pats team that almost won a chip this year it was not very talented at all.

The Seahawks defense is no longer the same and when you have to pay your qb huge money you sacrifice elsewhere and cut key players and unless you have a Manning Brady or Rodgers level qb who will make u a contender every year just by their presence regardless of what's around them you're gonna suffer for it

Kam and Avril getting potentially career ending neck injuries probably sealed the deal in Pete & Schneiders eyes. Sherm tearing his achilles and Earl basically begging Dallas to come and get him next off-season was just the cherry on top.

You should always scrap a team a year early rather than a year late, they had a great run but it was over.

No it’s football. Realistally you only have a 3 maybe 4 year window. Seahawks did a lot and to be honest they should have been in the NFC title game in 2012 and should have won the whole thing in 2014. They blew those two games to Atlanta and New England

12 divisional game loss
13 super bowl win
14-Super Bowl loss
15-divisional game loss
16-divisional game loss
