Louie wasn't ever going to blow nationwide. He was probably useful as a writer for OVO for a short period, but maybe not so much anymore because people are moving away from that drill sound.
To keep it real there was a perverse fascination with the fact that most of these drill rappers were children, or at least looked like children. Fredo was also an adult when drill blew up but he didn't look older than the rest of them. Louie is the only one I can think of that actually looks like he's an adult.
