It's extremely suspect, because how long have you had those thoughts?

The boy was supposedly legal though and even though it's sleazy and morally questionable, scheming on an 18 year old isn't "grooming." Seeing a 9 - 17 year old and having the same thoughts -- and planting those same seeds -- while masquerading as a "family friend" or "aunt"/"uncle" is textbook grooming. If I was his father, I wouldn't have anywhere near the concern her man/husband should.

First off, we'd have to find out how old he was at prom. If he was 18, then it's absolutely no problem with what she said.

Secondly, even if he was younger than that, it still wouldn't be grooming seeing as how she didn't have prolonged contact with him.
