FULL STORY:
we saw each other at the gym after not seeing each other for a while. we made small talk, but we were both in a rush, so i texted her after.
I texted her and apologized for cutting our convo short and asked what she was saying. she sent me pics of her new family (no man seems to be in the pictures she sent) and included her new foster child ( i remember she had a few). i then say,
Me: you have a beautiful family. your girl looks exactly like you.
her: Thanks
Me: I don't want you to think i was cutting you off and avoiding you earlier. I hope i'm not stepping out of bounds (because i could've swore she had a husband when i talked to her years ago
), but I genuinely enjoy your company.
