Although tip had crazy momentum at the time, luda still put dents in the armor that wouldn't be felt until years later. Remember ti was super thugging at the time and no one was checking him. Finessed flip out the game, was taking shots at an upcoming lil wayne, old atl, and engaged in covert beef with rick ross

The 2 sides line hurt Tip in them streets. But his lackluster verse on Swagger Like Us hurt just as much on a pure music level. That was his chance to show he can hold his own the "elite" rappers and he failed. AND it was his song.

the problem is that TI claims to be the king, but after getting lumped up by Luda on the tracks he can't claim undisputed. He can still claim king but it doesn't have the same impact

I just got sick of T.I. to be honest. At first it was his voice and flow that drew me in but his flow never really changed up andhis voice got annoying eventually.

I didn't realize how many people TIP was dissing at the time. What was that Ross beef even about? Hell, why'd he take shots at Wayne? But yeah, bar-for-bar, Luda's just as good as anybody else in the South, when he wants to be. That "T-I-P of my dikk" line will forever be in the Southern Hip-Hop Hall Of Fame. Simple, yet scathing.
And good call on the Shawty Lo beef. I didn't know Luda was the spearhead for that one unintentionally. Seemed like Shawty had ATL's co-sign more than TI did by 08-09 at the height at that beef. Some blatant rewrites in here. Shawty Lo did nothing to damage T.I. In fact, Shawty Lo was done after "Done Done" (no pun). "What's Up, What's Happenin" sealed the deal. LOL at Lil' Flip having any effect on T.I.'s career. This is the same Flip who struggled to release another album after T.I. dissed him. It's the same Flip who was at the height of his popularity and then crickets.
