As for the topic, there was a conspiracy theory on a website that i stumbled across back in high school over 25 years ago (pre 9-11) that alleged the cdc/fbi/cia and other agencies were kidnapping and killing black males mostly children in Atlanta to help created HIV/AIDS virus around that time of the alleged atlanta child murder serial killer. The CDC headquarters and reseach labs are in Atlanta. Atlanta historically has been used for experiments by the government. They created the concepts of housing projects to bussing the homeless out of to different cities to cop city. To me, that has stuck with me for all those years. It had a lot of evidence mostly pointing to the advanced stages of decomposition of nearly all the victims and plus the blood from some of the bodies were drained. some witnesses said that one of the victims were lured by "a candy lady" and disappeared but was found dead later. The timing would make sense considering HIV/AIDS shortly emerged in the early 80s when the case was solved. I guess they got what they needed using all those black male bodies to create what they were looking for. Wayne was the fall guy. He probably did a murder or two but he didnt do all of them. I do think the government has some level of involvement. They wouldn't be so quick to close the case.
