The way we let politicians sit up there and make careers out of trading favors, picking winners/losers via selective regulation, mismanaging our money and being bought, they all, with very few exceptions, begin to relate more to each other than to us. I'm not sure how he's any more guilty of this than anyone else, none of them are paupers and the ones with more modest incomes will see a come up by the end of it (they'll see to it).
