even if it's 5 years away they would need know where it will take place before they start to make the game and finesse the story so this is probably true, stupid idea if true though because we seen enough liberty. I think the next one will be multiple cities with multiple people. Or just multiple cities, one thing they still have never done is an actually being able to fly to another entirely different place and then fly back. I have a feeling the next one could be Liberty/Vice with maybe 2-4 playable characters and the ability to fly back and forth from Vice to Liberty.

I guarantee that Houser and Rockstar are working on DLC and online for GTA V still. They probably haven't even begun discussion on the next GTA yet let alone picked the location. Whoo Kidd has always been full of shyt
