I find them and download them before they're taken down. Mozilla has an add on to download Youtube vids to Mp4 
They're using dummy accounts to upload their own stuff.

I haven't used Mozilla in a minute but on Firefox where you go to add ons (plug ins) do a search for "Youtube to mp4" and different options pop up. Depending on the length it doesn't really take long.
