Whats wrong with Disney channel? I grew up in a black area and every little kid watched Disney channel.

If you grew up in a black area then you had a counter to the extremely programming of disney shows. Probably even had older brothers and sisters that would come in and turn the channel and expose you to black shows.

But if you grew up in a white area and, besides your parents and a few other tokens, your only view of black people came from disney, you were primed and ready to be the goofy sidekick to a group of white kids.

I grew up in the 80's... so of course I knew. If I remember correctly... Guns n Roses tried to use the old... "We can't be racist because one of our band members Slash is Bi-racial". lol

It also was said back in the 80's that the reason why Slash worn that big hat, the sun glasses and grew his hair long was to hide his facial features. After Slash puts all that shyt on and stands with the rest of them white boys... those black facial features are hard to see and he fits right in.
