yea we read it in 7th grade...soon as ceily dad started messin with her...teacher had the look on her face because it was waaay different then the book.. so we had to turn the books in .. n read the outsiders yet again..

low key it was trauma to alot chicks because their dads brothers uncles cousins were messin wit em...girls who did all the babbling n etc.. u could hear a rat piss on cotton.. due to how quiet they got
