I believe so. It's all about interpretation of the events that happen in your life. For example, I don't like the job I'm currently at and the night before I prayed for some direction or relief in what to do about it. Within the next few days I learned the dress code would change to casual and they are implementing a 3 day per week telework policy. I felt those changes gave me the relief I prayed for, while it may not be a permanent solution. I have also prayed for a "sign" and something strange or odd may occur that I interpret as the sign I was looking for. It boils down to what you believe.

I feel like you always get a reply when you ask for signs, and fast ones too

You just got do the interpretation work cause they don't come clearly:francis:

Yes, but only if the Most High sees it fit. Our own will is not enough!
I think more than one person with the same will is enough

Iam trying to find a bad bytch who will pray with me everyday but they just want sex:francis:

This could also be interpreted as the devil, the devil loves making people comfortable so that they remain in shytty situations. Just look at black people and our time in this country. The devil trying to keep you at a standstill with the promise of jeans 3 times a week:respect:. You can get more money after asking for it,but you'll still be miserable if you hate the job. Then the test becomes will you sell your soul for the money.

But to answer this question yes I do get prayers answered quickly,I didn't realize how well prayer worked because I used to spend so much time trying to pray for what I was told were "appropriate" things. Instead of praying for things that I really wanted and leaving the ultimate decision up to god. Once I started praying for things I really cared about in my own heart and mind,i started to recieve.

That's why I stated it wasn't a permanent solution, just relief from something that was miserable. I'm still interviewing and applying for other roles, I just have more flexibility to do so now. But your view is also interesting and goes back to my original post about interpretation.I feel that's the reason people fight so much over religion is because they all have different interpretations they are trying to live out using the same guide.
