Breh most predictions are really close in this series. Didn't espn have it split 52-48?

Y'all wanna discount our win but we beat them worst in game 2 than game 1. With Bradley or not game 2 is the game the home team loses the most and we showed up.

We need to just take one in Boston and we might be alright

A rebuild that has went no where. 4 straight guards selected and none of them are keepers. Buddy hield ain't gon save your rebuild either.

Shoulda took horford for the pick:mjpls:

Yeah should've traded a top 3 pick for a 30 year old center that was gonna be an unrestricted free agent in 3 months, would've really helped the rebuilding process :ehh:

Anyway, what did the Celtics in this game was again getting off to a god-awful start, which has been a recurring theme for the past few weeks. They kept pace with Atlanta in the other 3 quarters but it was meaningless when they put themselves in such a hole. The Miami comeback was an anomaly, this team isn't talented enough even at full strength to spot the opposing team 15+ points every night and expect to still win.

1st quarter
Celtics 3-23 (11.5%), 7 points
5 turnovers

Hawks 9-22 (40.9%), 24 points
4 turnovers

2nd-4th quarters
Celtics 25-65 (38.5%), 65 points
9 turnovers

Hawks 23-60 (38.3%), 65 points
11 turnovers

Hopefully with them heading back home they can feed off the crowd in the 1st and play like with some fukking energy. Most likely not going to win this series regardless but they at least have a chance to make it respectable. Already have trouble attracting FA's, getting embarrassed in the playoffs two years in a row certainly won't help matters

But is he better than buddy hield?:jbhmm:

The only keeper on your squad is crowder but he is a role player. How are you guys 3 years into a rebuild with nothing to show for it? :pachaha:

No team, not even the Hawks, would trade a top 3 pick for a 30 year old free agent. shyt isn't even worth bringing up.

As for your second question, Ainge has drafted terribly. Trading up to take Olynyk over Giannis, taking Smart over Randle, taking James Young over every other player on the draft board, taking Rozier knowing he would be redundant given who was already on the roster

@Sly Cookin, they wanted a lot more than that pick. They wanted Crowder, Thomas and the rest of Brooklyn's picks.

An asterisk? For what? :dahell:

Players get injured & hurt in the playoffs all the time. Why is this situation any different?

Anytime a key player(s)gets injured in a series... It warrants a asterisk

It's why GS had little respect for their ring last year.

We've seen top seeds be upset because of injuries breh
