Not even trying to generalize black people but Dragonball Z seemed to be the one anime that was universally accepted by everyone.

Then again I'm a little older so I grew up on Transformers, Voltron, G. I. Joe. I watched most of that one DBZ season with Cell but that's it.

But I can't browse the coli without seeing references to Goku, Vegeta, super saiyan, etc. and stuff like this

these cats didnt grow up around other Blacks. In their head Black people were never kids and never watched tv because we were all too busy in the streets hustling and gang banging. In their world Black kids never played video games and never went to disney world or chuck E cheese because we all had single mothers with 10 kids who couldn't afford it.
