I usually try to treat myself on weekends though. Usually to some Texas bbq since it’s one of the few good things about this state

Wife made several things over the weekend:

-Fried shrimp and broiled catfish with veggies and polenta
-Soup with chicken sausage, leeks, turnips, etc.
-Orzo with chicken thighs, kale, etc.
