I always kept hearing the written (well, computer really) portion was the hardest...I passed on the first try and only missed 2 questions total. Had me looking at dudes like

Sounds like a personal problem because if you had even LOOKED at the book there was no way you could've failed that part

I took the written which was easy and had proof that I had driving lessons

Chick was like "... Here's your license" and I was out

To this day, I still suck at parallel parking.

Yeah I failed the parallel parking part too on my first try.

That said the parallel parking portion got taken out of the Maryland driving test so these youngins ain't een gotta learn that anymore.

I failed the first time because of SPEEDING. Did all the parallel parking and passed everything but on the way back to the DTMR (DMV equivalent in Australia) I was speeding and the dude failed me.

Yes I passed it my first time. Just follow all traffic laws. My drivers ed teacher broke it all down for us. Got my license at 16. I'm 31 now
