I didn't mind SF and always enjoyed playing it but MK took it to another level. That and I never had a chance to get good at SF until after MK came on the scene. Some of those Asian cats were

MK was ok to mess around with and try to do fatalities, but gameplay-wise Street Fighter is leagues ahead.

Back in the day, I prefer Mortal Kombat and Killer Instinct. I was a die-hard stan of both until a friend put me on to Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Akuma. I was hooked after that. Another reason I switched was because Mortal Kombat was getting stale. Ultimate MK was the last one I seriously rocked with.

Now I'm a Street Fighter fan, but I think I may give this MK a go since I haven't played one in ages.
