1. it was the number one issue in the Hispanic community. He allowed illegal to stay who been here over 5 years and become citizens many who would of been deported like 9 million. they would get health care easier job access etc. If u illegal citizen u can't get health care it's a hard to get a decent job u can't get a driver license or social security and other things.
