Alot of those wack muthafukkas DESERVE to flop. DJ Khalid releases the same album with the same artist with the same content every year so I could careless about them flopping or not doing numbers. The majority of the mainstream artists are disconnected with the consumers of today anyway. They spend their time slamming their own buyers: "I got a badder bytch, I got a badder car, I got more money than you" and bragging about having gold toilets. The hell they need my support for?
Yes Braggadocio has always been apart of hip hop but alot of these dudes trying to kick that fly shyt today(Tyga, Big Sean) are corny to me today.
I support artists who are putting in major work behind their craft. Go to the shows if I could. I bought all 3 of Brotha Lynch's albums that came out along with Tech9nes latest, Killer Mikes, Prodigy's Albert Einstein, Ill Bill's Grimey Awards and Suga Free's album. Thats where the real good stuff is at.

I disagree. It's not a race thing, it's an Internet thing. People just have shytty days, and shytty lives, and have to take it out somewhere.

Eminem is one of the greatest rappers of all time, and he gets hated on here like he's fukking Vanilla Ice or something. Jay-Z too. People even shyt on Rakim and KRS. Also, rappers not respecting the legends is an age thing more than a race thing. The genre was still young, and arrogant, and for a while the legends got ignored. Now hip hop is growing up. There's a lot of nostalgia. 80's and 90's rappers are all over the new generation's lyrics.
