He's been convicted so what's the point? He may as well just sit now and possibly get time served. Doesn't make sense to let him out and put him back and then give him a mid sentence for a few months. Just get it out the way now

if I recall correctly, he was convicted of basically buying prostitutes. I wonder why the judge is being so hard nosed about bail.
