It will be bro, what was helpful for me..
I looked at the decade in review.. looking at just one year makes it hard to put in focus all the progress you had in your life and I was just focusing on the areas where life was fukked up.
Try to Think of all the things you did right, wrong, good and bad in the 2010s and execute a plan to have career growth, financial growth, spiritual growth and growth in your personal relationships for the 2020s.
even if this year isn’t the year where you feel the turnaround, it will at least be the year where you put in the work to allow the rest of the decade to be the best one of your life!

sometimes depression comes from being stagnant in your learning and not really knowing or understanding why you are here. this is why a man like Diddy who is not only rich, but continuously succeeds in his field, may struggle with this. you can get bored without new challenges. when you are rich, sometimes you can do everything there is to do monetarily in a short period of time. after that then what? you have to continue to learn and evolve.
