What's crazy about this whole situation is that Puffy has remained pretty untouchable. Pac is dead, Biggie is dead, Suge is going to die in prison, Zip is dead, etc. Outside of the Shyne shooting, Puffy has been clean. If you weren't into hip hop you would have never known about his involvement in all this shyt.

Got to think about Puff dodging all the ricochets too and everyone else that demised.

Well all know that. But you're trying to fit your assisnation theory. The Rampart Scandal was huge. What would they have preffered? A group of gang banging cops, taking the fall when it all unfolded? Or some twisted narrative of how the department was targeting Biggie? Was Mack & Perez covert assisns protected by the all mighty LAPD, shooting from the grassy knoll? Mack & Perez were allegedly spotted. Were they in uniform? Theres too many loopholes. The impala. The sketch. Was it SSC? Was it Poochie? Was Row LAPD there?

This is facts. No one wanted to talk to the cops. So they said to hell with yall. Once Rampart broke out, it provided fodder for the consipricts to say that the department was involved.

Yes, its a theory, until physical evidence comes to light or theres blatant proof the LAPD was in on it, beyond these crooked off duty cops. Your stretching your narrative beyond Perez & The Rampart Scandal. If it was them. Either way, these were Suge's guys. Whether it was Poochie or Perez & Co.....they were Row.

Pac got whacked by Puff associates. Big got the same. The conspiracy theories should be out the door now. It's not even a matter of debate.

There is literally no new information in that video. This was all said in Kading's book from years ago (and the documentary).

Baby Lane being the killer was known back in '96 soon after Pac got shot and Puffy having put a hit on Tupac and Suge was too. Even the conversation between Puffy and Kefee D about the money not being paid was making the rounds. One of the rumors when Biggie got shot was that it was SSC sending a message to Puffy about the million Dollars he owed. All those other conspiracies about Pac faking his death, the FBI being involved or Suge having his own artist killed were nonsense that distracted from the basic facts that were more or less clear from the beginning.
