Yeah, if the dicovery is as damning as Byron is letting on than we need to see it all.

If Comcast is taking in 11 billion and none of the black owned channels are receiving a cent and/or they are indebted through predatory means or blocked in major black cities and thus losing out on ad dollars, we need to see that. I want Comcast to lose but. They escalated to challenge the USSC the1866 Civil Rights Act sectiom 1981" but for " standard vs motivating factor.
The standard is for going last the iniitial faze for a case to proceed. A plaintiff can then go on to discovery phase in the case. Comcast doesn't want a plaintiff to make it past the first phase of a case and want cases dismissed prior to a discovery of evidence phase if it doesnt meet the" but for" standard.

I believe now the court is 5 conservative leaning judges to 4 liberal leaning ones.
The advantage probally in comcast so favor. Judge Clarence Thomas is a black conservative I wonder if if his black boot strapper personal views would be in Byron Allen's favor.

Pressuring Comcast to drop the case outright would prevent the standard being challenged at all.

I believe Comcast will lose no matter what. That's why alot of people are getting scared. They're scared of Byron winning. As long as you want Comcast to lose is all that matters. You never though they might do break once they realize they aren't going to win.

That's what happened with Kap and the NFL. Alot of people were thinking either the NFL was gonna win or they was go try to make Kap go broke. But it ended going in Kap's favor by the NFL backing down and bowing down and giving Kap the money he wanted. Comcast might do wanna take that same route especially with the momentum on Byron's siding building non stop

I'm not taking up for Diddy, but this is the difference between him & Jay-Z, Diddy went to Howard University right when black power movement was big in black America(the late 80's). Jay-Z was hustling, and just concerned about getting money, you can see it in how they both react to certain things that effect black people.

I truly believe Jay-Z was growing dreads so he can look like an activist in his new era, but it backfired. Diddy is being informed on the racial wealth gap, and this comcast case shows he is not just going along to get along to get a check. I truly believe its because of him attending Howard, and coming of age during the late 80's.

Byron Allen sued Comcast and charter for discrimination using the 1866 civil rights act. He won 2 times. Charter and Comcast then took him to the Supreme Court where they gave Trump's DOJ 10 minutes of their 30 minutes to help plead their case on why Comcast should be able to discriminate and why the 1866 civil rights act should be dismantled.

If Byron Allen loses then the 1866 civil rights act will be dismantled and anybody can discriminate based off race. Even black people can discriminate against white people for their race which is why white people should also be on Byron Allen's side rooting for him to win.
