but prostitution is actually count 3 in the indictment by itself.

Whats funny is that there is still only 1 victim listed in the indictment. And that's Cassie. Folks were claiming there were a bunch a victims and that's not the case. This whole case is built around Cassie's allegations with no real proof so far. Cassie and her story and credibility will be destroyed and picked apart on a witness stand. They claim employees helped but Diddy is the only 1 named and charged. Folks said they would update the charges but they never did. Feds still going with the weak prostitution charges.

Folks claimed diddy had hidden cameras and all these freak off tapes.. Only tapes they got came from Cassie not diddy and they are normal sex tapes. They didn't find nothing in his houses. Prosecution has to turn over their evidence to the defense before the trial so what they are talking about is all the video evidence the prosecutor got cause the trial is a few months away.
