He's big on social media (in touch with youth).... Marketing Genius (ciroc is EVERYWHERE now)....
He's hired ppl who worked with ESPN, Helped launched VIBE, ppl worked with MTV, comedy Central, E News....
So he has ppl on the TV side that have done it....
