Well a lot of people swore he was the best they'd ever seen. The qb for the seahawks is only 5'10

Curry was the most hyped out of them all. Dude made the mistake of trying to play both sports a UNC.
He was amazing in HS though....

Him and Michael Vick were the two best Qb's in that state...

I dont see how you can flip the first point
The whole 757 was a hotbed for athletes so when I heard this I wasn't surprised. Wasn't Ronald Curry more of a sensation at QB than even Vick and AI back in HS? Or was that just grandstanding by some Curry stans?
No grandstanding. Anybody who came up in the 757 who saw them all play will tell you Ronald Curry was the best of them. He fukked around and tried to play both basketball/football at UNC though and it didn't work out for him as well as everyone expected. He still enjoyed a decent NFL career; which A LOT of people would give up everything they have for.
I still think AI would have made a good corner
I think he would have as well. The only reason I've always said Iverson made a better decision with basketball (or I guess the decision was made FOR him) is because he became one of the all-time greats there, maybe the most popular player of his generation, became an icon in hip-hop, and made, what, probably more than $200 million. That was happening in the NFL even if he was the best cornerback of his generation.
